A lot of ridge tiles got blown off the roof and we also had damaged roof tiles due to the recent storm. He showed us photos and explained to us what damage had been done and what he was doing as he went along. An absolute pleasure to deal with Superdry Roofing from start to finish. Called for a quote to repair some slates which had dislodged, along with the mortar bed below them. Very competitive quote provided quickly, & job booked in swiftly. Bernard and team were very professional and personable, providing great customer service and communication throughout. Whilst on roof, they noticed that mortar had eroded from ridge tiles, leaving them loose, and provided me with photos to explain. They then repaired the mortar for a very competitive price too. He was totally professional and explained what would be needed to make the roof watertight, quoted a good price and then temporarily covered the roof from the rain, until he and his team started the repair the next day. The repair was completed in dry conditions and is guaranteed for 10 years. Bernard is coming back next summer to repair our larger rear flat roof (and the garage roof is after that!)
